I am Jade and I am here to make a difference to others. I find such joy in assisting those that may need a helping hand. Whether I'm providing moral support on a shopping trip or holding hands with those in their final moment, I strive to be the best I can be.
In my 4 years of caring, I have provided support to many people with varying levels of need and met many wonderful people along the way. I have gained invaluable knowledge from fellow carers as well as families and clients and still maintain many of those relationships, long after my care provision is no longer needed.
I provide a calm, kind and honest environment, being mindful of my place in clients' homes. I hope to meet you and your loved ones and provide peace of mind and a little joy in our journey together.
This is the care ethos that I bring to Heartfelt Care Bristol, and it is shared by all of our carers. I am proud to be part of the Heartfelt family, infused with the love and support of Joanna and the legacy she has created.
